Global B2B driven talent sourcing platform CBREX, which connects enterprises and recruitment agencies, announced that it has raised $3 million in a Pre-Series A round led by WaterBridge Ventures. The freshly raised funds will be used to ramp up US go-to market, on sales and marketing for new markets, and building new products.

The platform, which is currently present in over 20 countries, will now expand its engineering teams, as well as hire for design roles. "We have been fairly active in the US market, and will be putting more focus there. We are also seeing potential for growth in the Middle East and Singapore," said Gautam Sinha, cofounder and CEO of CBREX.

The company is aiming for a 4-5x growth in revenues over the next year. The platform enables talent acquisition teams and recruitment agencies to collaborate for recruitment of any talent, anywhere in the world. CBREX’s customers include enterprises in technology, healthcare and pharma with expansion into other tech-driven roles like robotics and financial services.

“Cross-border hiring is a new normal post Covid and CBREX enables any company to hire talent from anywhere in the world. We believe the era of companies chasing talent without borders is here. We are impressed with their early revenue growth in the India-US talent corridor and are excited to partner with them," said Anjali Sosale, partner at WaterBridge Ventures.
