Third Bracket, a future-proofed smart hiring platform, has raised nearly INR 50 million in seed capital from a group of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). The fresh fund infusion is at a large valuation and will be used to accelerate the startup's aggressive plans to revolutionize recruitment with AI-driven technology.

Established in 2023 by Nihar Bose and Chandan Chakraborty, Third Bracket was founded with one mission in mind: to rebuild the hiring process from scratch. The company seeks to remove inefficiencies, cut down on bias, and replace guesswork with smart, data-driven hiring.
