Wealthtech Startup Infinyte.Club hoists $3.6 million in its Seed Funding round

Wealthtech startup Infinyte.Club has raised $3.6 millionor Rs. 30.2 crore in a seed funding round led by Elevation Capital. The round also attracted investments from several angel investors, including CRED founder Kunal Shah, Meesho cofounder Vidit Aatrey, Unacademy CEO Gaurav Munjal, InVideo CEO Sanket Shah, ACKO founder Varun Dua, and Razorpay cofounder Harshil Mathur, among others.

The Bengaluru-based startup plans to use the new funding to enhance its technology and expand its team.

Infinyte.Club, which focuses on wealth creation and management for tech and startup employees, has officially launched its beta version. The platform provides access to private investment opportunities and addresses the liquidity challenges associated with ESOPs (employee stock ownership plans) for early employees of top Indian startups.

Founded by Tandon and Saldanha,/b> in 2023, the platform allows members to monitor their assets, manage equity portfolios, and realize the value of their stock options. During its private beta phase, Infinyte.Club reports having successfully closed over 40 primary and secondary deals.

It opens up access to private market equity and assets that have typically been available only to the top 1%. By providing a selection of private company stocks, it connects investors and offers liquidity solutions for ESOP holders. The platform is currently monitoring more than $150 million in ESOPs.
