Bengaluru based AI startup ZillOut has raised Rs 2.75 crore in seed funding to revolutionize India’s nightlife and hospitality ecosystem. The round was led by Jindagi Live Angel Fund, with participation from other angel investors, taking the startup’s total funding to Rs 4.35 crore.
Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Sharma, Nayan Mishra, and Anshul Jhawar, ZillOut aims to simplify the fragmented nightlife industry by combining AI driven data insights with venue operations. Its SaaS platform helps clubs, bars, and event venues streamline bookings, entry management, and personalized guest experiences through a unified QR based system.
ZillOut’s three tier framework Infrastructure, Data, and Distribution allows venues to identify high value guests, minimize revenue leakage, and deliver tailored experiences in real time. Since launch, the platform has onboarded 150+ venues across 20 cities, including Goa, Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. It has facilitated Rs 80 crore worth of transactions, managed over 6 lakh verified entries, and recovered Rs 2 crore in lost revenue for clients.
