•Contains Omega 3 Fatty Acids: The animals which are cultivated in organic farms have higher level of omega 3 fatty acids because in the farm they use cattle grass and alfalfa. So, as compared to conventionally produce dairy products, meat and eggs, its organic versions have more nutrients and healthy fats like omega 3 fatty acid.

•Eliminates Toxic Metals: Cadmium is a toxic chemical naturally found in soils and absorbed by plants. The excessive use of chemical fertilizers increases the injurious effects.
