Elios Healthcare is a consultancy, management, and health service firm founded in 2021 to provide long-term solutions to organizations in the social, health, digital, and financial sectors. It aims to bring together key stakeholders, including the government, district administrations, corporates, NGOs, civil societies, and provide innovative solutions to the dynamic multi sectoral needs.

Clients need help in delivering the projects in the remote areas in a short time span especially to conduct training for professionals working at government/corporate institutions in health sectors, for livelihood development projects, and implementation of projects at the grassroots level both in urban slums and rural areas. With a mix of ambitious ideas and transformational technology, Elios Healthcare helps organizations to innovate more sustainably, generate long term performance gains, and build workforces that will thrive today and tomorrow. Keeping these in mind, Elios Healthcare started its journey pretty recently in the healthcare sector by targeting middle and lower-income people living in Tier II and III cities in India, and has successfully diversified into many more sectors.

It has reached over 5,00,000 beneficiaries since its inception in partnership with Plan
International, United Way of Delhi, Impact Guru Foundation, Medvarsity, and some NGOs. Elios Healthcare has its presence in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Haryana. It has rounded up a revenue of Rs. 2.5 crores in its foundation year and projects with INR 5.0 crores value for the current financial year. "We collaborate with customers to implement recommendations, increase competencies, drive operational efficiency, and implement new working practices”, says CEO, Sabbar Tousif. Sabbar Tousif, himself a development professional with 20 years of experience and a zeal to professionalize the social sector driven by passion and excellence.

Elios Healthcare works with clients at all levels of its businesses, whether as a trusted advisor to higher management or a hands-on coach for frontline staffs. It has in house experts and a strong network of professional experts to assist with the programs in health services, e-learning, youth employability, environment, climate change, financial inclusion, gender equality, fintech, and value chain development. It has mobilized more than five lakh people for COVID-19 vaccination, training of 1100 plus nurses in digital health care, liveli hood and upskilling of 1000 youths and digital financial literacy of 5000 plus women entrepreneurs. Elios Healthcare has also developed a career guidance module for youth for one of the most esteemed INGO. “We focus on producing practical and long-term results, as well as empowering our clients to grow and lead, no matter what the issues”, speaks Sabbar.

Elios Health Care is a proprietorship firm by Sabbar Tousif and a senior-level management team with professional background in the development, accounts, management, and health sectors. With a workforce of 50-60 people, it has trainers, mobilizers, placement officers, MIS officers, and center managers to implement the program at the grassroots level. The organization has received awards like the Scholar of Honor by the National Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases, New Delhi, and the Award of Honor by Himalayan Resources Enhavent Society, Uttrakhand. Elios Healthcare plans on expanding into new territories like Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujrat, and West Bengal, with a targeted outreach of five lakh new beneficiaries. It projects growth of 2.5 times on the current revenue in the coming financial year. It will also collaborate with new corporates and Skill Universities.
