"We have had people who came-in as interns and now are heading departments. I still remember one of the first interviews that I did was out of my car, as we were still looking for an office space. She started-off as a receptionist and now she is our go-to person for complete on-boarding and off-boarding process pan-India," he shares. Arcos is backed by a four-member management team, where Capt. Irfan Saif leads the company, followed by Karambir Chahal with whom he shares a decade old association. "Karambir has been the backbone for this company. He plays a huge part in mentoring my children who are at a very delicate stage of their career," says Capt. Irfan. His daughter Zoya and his son are the other two integral parts of the company. "Arcos is a very special journey.
