A farmer’s daughter turned first-time entrepreneur, Manisha V Jadhav, a techie with 19+ years of experience in the IT industry has come a long way from where she started. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in various positions like Corporate Trainer, Business Analyst, Statistician, Data Scientist, Advanced Analytics, Consultant and Project Manager among other senior management roles. During her professional stint, she noticed a common factor that facilitated the outcome of any successful projects - Quality Data! “Data is like telling a story. Right data, if analyzed accurately using the right tool by the right person, at the right time. It can do wonders for businesses. It can tell you numerous things. Currently, enterprises are not utilizing it effectively,” asserts Manisha.

The Journey of Transforming Businesses
Founded in March 2017, DataCrux Insights started its journey in a bootstrap mode. Initially, the company provided solutions to manufacturing clients, who follow traditional methodologies to run the business. DataCrux Insights coming to the rescue transformed their business by providing a solution which increased revenue up to 50-60 percent, and unsurprisingly it was a basic data-analysis done using MS Excel.
“Enterprises need to understand the criticality of the data that they are analyzing. Unless and until their basic data is good, implementing on advanced technologies makes no sense,” she says.

Based in Pune, DataCrux Insights in the span of two years has grown exponentially. Initially, started by two people, today, the company has evolved into 22 members. The team consists of young talents and experienced professionals, who love to churn data into business values.

In the coming days, the company envisions to launch technology-friendly products that will be a game changer in the industry. Apart from this, the company will be partnering with DCI, where they will be offering public training programs in collaboration with leading cloud service providers.
