The Inception Story
A Master Graduate in Information Technology, Bala stands out for his perseverance and superior communication skills. Before venturing out with his own firm, he worked as a Project Manager in Hewlett Packard. There, he would host events within the organization as event management was his passion. He has hosted many events while he worked at HP. He understood the pulse of the people and organized events that stole the audience’s hearts.

As the years went by, he decided to pursue his passion earnestly. He zeroed in upon creating DREAMS EVENTS & SERVICES in the month of December 2014 aiming to serve corporate clients as he knew the mindset of the people inside the corporate industry better and also understood the hassles and issues clients faced. “These four and half years have taught me that every product has a life cycle and event management is no different. The life cycle of an event begins at conceptualization and ends at delivery. We concentrate on each and every step of the life cycle and motivate the team to follow certain

processes and standards to make the event successful,” Bala enlightens.

DREAMS EVENTS commenced its journey with three employees in a 300 sq ft of office space and now has expanded the team to 50 in a 3000 sq ft space, and is still growing. Other than Bangalore, the services are available across India and it has organized international events in SriLanka, Bangkok, Prague and Dubai as well. “We started with one client and now we are serving close to 40 + clients. In terms of revenue, we have grown 9 times in five years,” he avers.
