The Beginning
Vikas began his career with an event agency based in Raipur and managed to get a good exposure of corporate events, live shows & exhibitions in metro cities. “I have always wished to bring such experience for tier 2 & tier 3 cities and my wish further encouraged me to start my own event agency. I zeroed in upon creating a reliable and professional event management company that would help

businesses reflect the signs of success. And, this marked the beginning of Eventually Events,” he enlightens.

Like any other development cycle, the role of an event management company starts with understanding the goals, conceptualization, planning, designing, co-coordinating, and ends with execution. When each aforesaid stage is meticulously progressed from one phase to other, grand success is assured. The Journey
Surpassing the initial barriers and the roadblocks along the way, Eventually Events has come a long way from where it had begun. Till date, it has executed more than 1000 events with zero unsatisfied clients. “Our strongest part is sheer dedication of our team who gave best output using limited resources available in the city,” he asserts.

The company’s milestone event was PACS (Poorest area civil society), an initiative by Caritas India New Delhi which was working Tribal Land Rights. “We executed and managed the seminar 5000 tribal of Raipur, Ambikapur & Dhamtari in which we managed their logistics, Stay, F&B & Sanitization. It was great experience for our team to manage such a huge crowd for two days,” smiles Vikas.

The Road Ahead
Started as a two member team, Eventfully Events now houses a team of 10 core members and worked in several states like Maharashtra, Odisha, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh. Its clients are primarily from Premium Automobiles, Telecom, Healthcare, Education & FMCG and recently it has started another wing which takes care of wedding, religious gathering & private parties. “We have started expanding and to become leading event management company of developing professional, creative, entertaining and innovative events across India,” Vikas concludes.
