“The growth has been tremendous! We started from just one room in the year 2013 with only 2 employees and 1 promoter. Today, we are a successful organization with 45 plus creators working towards one common goal,” says Rajat. The company has grown immensely from a 0 to 150 client acquisition and is merged with Niyati Communications, a 20-year-old group well known in the print advertising sector. IAM Creative Communication has branches in Gurugram, Delhi, Jammu, Dehradun and Mumbai.
In the next five years, the team envisages acquiring space in the online media. By 2024, it plans to become a dynamic media owner across all the media vehicles. “We are constantly devising effective strategies and working consistently towards attaining our targets. Exercising prudence in the matters related to market scenario, and the ongoing changes will be a priority for us,” Rajat concludes.
