“We believe that every business is unique in what it has to offer and its speciality must be expressed in the most creative ways possible. Every effort that we put in our designing, printing and marketing strives to provide creatively oriented designs that are perceived and executed in keeping with the quality of product or service in mind. The greatest benefit that the client will receive in the process is the certainty that any service we provide will be perfectly suited, tailor made to accomplish their required goals,” speaks Saurabh Somani, director and founder of Kraftix Digital.
Currently, Kraftix focuses on small and medium sized brands. Thus it allows the agency to provides greater personal attention to the clients’ needs while also providing ambitious yet extremely realistic design solutions. Since Kraftix has an inhouse production system, it also enables the company to deliver efficient and complete
solutions to the customers while ensuring that their commitments are met on time.
“At this stage we do not want to restrict our thoughts or work. It gives us immense scope to expandour creative instincts. Our services thus are not focused towards any one industry type, rather, they cater to a wide variety of industries such as F&B, Jewellery, Lifestyle, Healthcare Iron & Steel to name a few,” he asserts.
Sky's the Limit!
The journey of Kraftix dates back to the year 2011, when Saurabh was doing his graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata alongside which he was preparing for Chartered Accountancy, while also simultaneously doing design work for his small network of family and friends. What started as personal enquiries on designing slowly translated to professional, commercial enquiries. This is when Saurabh realized that providing integrated design and print solutions was an expertise that he had and this skill would help him provide value based services to his customers. It would also allow him to explore a living out of his passion for designing creative solutions. Taking the biggest risk of his future, at the age of 20, he decided to take a foray into the world of entrepreneurship and sculpted the foundation for Kraftix Digital.
Since its inception, the company has grown at a frantic pace. Embracing the highs and lows, it has come a long way and carved a niche for itself in the market. From referrals for bigger projects to the introduction of some printing machines and a team of designers Kraftix has taken several gradual steps forward. “With the right people and the right frame of mind, this combined experience has slowly elevated us in quality and size, yet the central idea of doing some¬thing technical and creative remains the same. This allows us to be a company that is always ready to experiment and evolve,” he mentions.
Kraftix is backed by a team of motivated and creative people who together contribute towards meeting its organizational goals. “A good portion of our business depends on individuals. A relaxed, open minded and a family like work environment ensures that everyone is on the same page and motivated to express their ideas with clarity”
What’s Next?
In the coming years, the team wants to adapt to the new trends of this ever-changing industry. It further plans to invest in the e-commerce sector for their print business and add more automated machinery to more easily bypass ground level issues. “According to reports, India’s e-commerce is growing at 51 per cent, the highest in the world. I think there is a potential to tap this market, especially since a large section of the clientele is also moving to the digital. The central idea is to change with time, and grow. The journey is long and we will continue moving ahead in the long run,” he concludes.
