Founder & CEO
"Since entering the industry in 2007, the 2020 lockdown provided me the opportunity to reflect on its key challenges and unmet needs. Recognizing a clear gap in smart parking solutions, I joined forces with two childhood friends, Chintan Chandarana and Arpit Thakkar, to address it. In 2021, I left my job, and together we launched the company, driven by a mission to transform urban Parking through innovation and efficiency", insights Ashish Majithia, Founder & CEO, Nextkraft Parking.
Enhancing Reliability
Nextkraft Parking's suite of solutions includes the Stack Parking System, a basic and affordable option that doubles capacity but requires moving the bottom car to access the top one. The Puzzle Parking System offers a semi-automated design, moving cars vertically and horizontally to retrieve vehicles efficiently, ideal for medium density locations. For high-capacity needs, the Tower
Parking System is fully automated, with space for up to 70 cars in the footprint of three standard spaces, and even up to 150 vehicles in other configurations. Another fully automated option, the Horizontal Circulation System, is optimized for compact, underground spaces and uses horizontal and vertical movement to park the car. While the Stack system remains popular, the Puzzle and Tower systems, with advanced safety and design features, are Nextkraft Parking's core offerings.
Nextkraft Parking's also incorporates advanced technologies to enhance system reliability and after-sales service. Key innovations include a health monitoring system for preventive maintenance, which continuously monitors rope tension, system vibrations etc. to address issues before they escalate. Additionally, a remote monitoring system allows for online troubleshooting of software-related issues, minimizing client downtime and ensuring efficient service for sites at any distance.
"We stand out in the smart Parking market with our uniquely Make in India approach. Unlike many competitors who rely on imported technologies, we design and manufacture all products entirely within India, eliminating foreign dependencies. This independence ensures rapid support, a significant advantage over companies that face delays when waiting on for eign counterparts to resolve issues", says Ashish.
Safety is a top priority for Nextkraft Parking, especially in the absence of formal government standards for Parking systems. The Tower systems incorporate elevator grade safety features that monitor speed variations and halt operations if irregularities are detected. It also adheres IS Codes, and therefore, the steel tower structure is designed for seismic and wind loads, hence ensuring stability and resilience.
Nextkraft Parking's commitment to excellence is reflected in their rigorous quality assurance process. Each system undergoes thorough checks at every stage, from design to installation, including structural inspection and electrical and automation testing, followed by final load testing before client handover. Trusted by major clients like the Lodha Group, Atul Projects, Silver Group, and Pacific Group, it collaborates closely with architects to ensure efficient space utilization and project-specific compliance.
Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its presence in metro cities over the next two years and to enhance further its in-house manufacturing capacity to improve product quality and scale. With an impressive 80-90 percent customer retention rate and repeat orders, Nextkraft Parking's strong client relationships and reputation underscore its reliability and quality in the smart parking industry.
