It was at the time of his job tenure that he witnessed a drastic expansion in the front-end operation of eCommerce. To his surprise, when it came to sellers’ ecosystem, there was a persistent loophole in the back-end operations of effectively managing the products.

Since Narinder had been associated with the offline and online retail industry for more than 14 years, he understood the eCommerce business performance, retailing, and fast fashion merchandising unlike anyone else in the market. Together with Kumar Udaar, who had a much similar experience in the space, Narinder established Online Distribution Network (ODN) in 2015.
