Inaugurated in 2018 by Ankita Srivastava, a biologist by profession, S2 Fitness Club promotes a healthier way of life. The foremost principle is to help people sustainably lose weight without the consumption of supplements and through the comfort of home cooked meals and home based bodyweight exercises. When Ankita was diagnosed with thyroid and blood sugar complications at the age of 28, she started setting aside a small amount of time each day to take care of her health while teaching medicine to NEET applicants. With sheer consistency, she reached her ideal weight in no time, and all medical complications disappeared. This encouraged her to enrol in courses that taught the nuances of nutrition and fitness leading her to start S2 Fitness Club to help others experiencing health issues.
S2 Fitness Club provides an extensive training program such as the Live Workout Plus diet program, which includes several types of exercises that don't require any additional equipment. Other programs include short term diet challenges, which are especially for those who don't have much time to work out and need to lose weight for a special occasion. The plans are holistically designed to help people achieve their health goals in the comfort of their own homes. “We don't give any kind of supplements in our diet at any point. It's always homemade food. We don't emphasize portion control. We do body weight home workouts that are easy to follow and try to make our clients understand the importance of these things bit by bit” says Ankita Srivastava.

The company, which has been operating since 2018, has a following of incredibly committed clients. “Ankita ma'am never asked me to skip meals or starve myself to lose weight. Instead, she made me eat healthy and delicious homemade food that led to my weight loss” says Bhagyashree Rahane, a 39-year old Senior Technical Writer from Pune who has lost 57 kg over a year's span, going from 120 kg to 63 kg. Another client named Sonia from Pune has lost 15 kg in a period of 6 months says, “The most important part is that she is giving a diet plan as well, which helps to lose weight and stay healthy. The Club aspires to offer services according to the customers' utmost convenience and is creating an app. “The app will assist the customers in better understanding and tracking their development, and it will also give us insight to make decisions more effectively based on the needs of the clients” speaks Ankita Srivastava.
