After the nationwide lockdown on 21st March and with a lot of uncertainty, TAB organized it’s first virtual team building session successfully on the 5th of April 2020 making them the pioneers of Virtual Teambuilding sessions. Their client testimonials speak volumes about the quality of the virtual sessions. On many occasions, the employees had to work in late shifts to facilitate the virtual sessions and deliver experiences flawlessly. The virtual sessions have lifted the morale and work culture in the company while also fostering better communication amongst the employees during the testing times.
The sessions were designed in such a way that they were comfortable and accessible to every one without facing any technical issues.
