Leading its seed round, Together Fund has invested $3 million in the AI-focused healthtech startup Confido Health. In addition, MedMountain Ventures, Rebellion VC, DeVC, Operators Studio, and strategic healthcare operators took part in the round.

Momentum Capital led the pre-seed round that the company had previously raised.

The money raised will go toward enhancing its AI technology stack and expanding its application to more specialties, including pediatrics, orthopaedics, dentistry, and surgery.

Confido Health, founded by Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff, gives AI workers the ability to handle care coordination, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling. These digital workers provide smooth end-to-end task automation and can be seamlessly integrated with current healthcare systems in less than five minutes through no-code deployment.

Real-time task completion is made possible by the platform's HIPAA-compliant processing of unstructured data across multiple systems.

Confido's digital workers are capable of handling multiple tasks at once and engaging with patients in multiple languages, their dedication to validating real-world data instead of public datasets is very useful for people.

The startup states that it serves more than 15 clients in more than 50 locations and sees 50,000 patients each month.

"We first came into the world to help humans. However, after a year of development, the product is now at the stage where humans complete 20% of the work and our digital workers complete 80% of it, according to Reddy.

Over 20 clients are currently being served by Confido Health at more than 75 locations in the US. With seven members based in Bengaluru, its engineering team is concentrated on technology and product development.
