Fashion-tech brand ANNY has announced the successful raise of Rs 10 crore in pre-Series A funding, led by Atomic Capital. The company plans to use this investment to expand its product categories, strengthen technology, enhance its leadership team, and grow its distribution network across India.
Founded in 2023 by Japjot Singh, Aveen Kaur, and Rahul Tanwar, ANNY is carving a niche in India’s fashion landscape by offering affordable, stylish clothing to modern Indian women. Positioned as an 'accessible luxury' brand, ANNY merges fashion with innovation, aiming to reshape the traditional fast fashion model.
To address environmental and inventory concerns, ANNY has adopted a real-time, inventory-light approach. This allows the company to manufacture garments based on current fashion trends and customer demand, significantly reducing the risk of overproduction. The strategy empowers ANNY to respond quickly to market preferences, delivering the latest styles with minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
In just one year, ANNY claims to have grown eightfold, attributing its success to its agile supply chain, customer-centric design, and vertically integrated operations. From concept to final product, the brand controls the entire production lifecycle, leveraging its own proprietary technology to streamline operations and enhance reliability.
