Zulu Club Raises $250K to Bring 100-Minute Try-at-Home Fashion to Delhi NCR

- Zulu Club raises $250K in pre-seed round led by TDV Partners
- Offers 100-minute Try-at-Home fashion kits from local malls
- Plans expansion across Delhi NCR with focus on personalization and logistics
Gurugram-headquartered fashion quick commerce startup Zulu Club has raised $250,000 in a pre-seed round of funding, from early-stage venture capital investor TDV Partners. The new capital will be utilized to scale its presence across prominent neighborhoods in Delhi NCR, improve its Try-at-Home shopping experience, and build operations and logistics.
Unlike standard fashion e-commerce, Zulu Club combines the confidence of offline retail with the convenience and velocity of quick commerce. By way of its app, customers can browse specially curated collections from trusted local outlet centers and malls, get a Try-at-Home kit delivered in under 100 minutes, and test 4–5 products before buying what they want. The model hopes to address ongoing issues in the online fashion market like high return rates and low profitability by increasing customer confidence, facilitating cross-selling, and enhancing average order values.
“Most online fashion platforms are built for speed and variety but that often comes at the cost of experience and confidence,” said Adarsh Bhatia, Founder of Zulu Club. “We’re building Zulu Club to reintroduce trust and experience into fashion shopping, especially for millennial consumers who crave convenience and personalization.”

Adarsh comes with extensive fashion tech expertise, having earlier overseen business operations for Fashinza, a technology-enabled garment manufacturing platform. With Zulu Club, he is pioneering an experience-led retail paradigm, where consumers can even pre-book live help, access stylists through video, and get live assistance while shopping.
Zulu Club has its own delivery network to ensure the guaranteed 100-minute window. Its newest version of app also simplifies the customer experience further, enhancing user flow, stylist coordination, and logistics tracking.
"Zulu Club is solving one of the most painful problems in fashion e-commerce customers need to try before they buy," said Ujwal Sutaria, TDV Partners' General Partner. "Their immediate Try-at-Home delivery model is designed for today's mobile-first, experience-based consumer. This is not another marketplace; it's a forward-thinking reinterpretation of fashion retail."
Established in 2024, Zulu Club now intends to extend retail collaborations with outlet malls and mall brands, and invest in personalization functionalities, customer interaction, and last-mile logistics to expand its reach in India's dynamic quick commerce space.
