Elecbits, a full-stack electronics design and manufacturing startup, has raised $5.5 million in its Series A round, led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from SE Ventures and Riverwalk Holdings. The company will use the funding to upgrade its AI-powered engineering platform and expand its in-house design and manufacturing capabilities.
Founded in 2019 by Saurav Kumar Singh and Nikhil Rawat, the Gurugram-based startup is building the digital and physical infrastructure needed to position India as a global electronics manufacturing hub. Elecbits streamlines the fragmented hardware supply chain by bringing design, prototyping, manufacturing, quality checks, and delivery onto a single integrated platform.
The startup currently works with 200+ clients, including industry leaders like Panasonic, Schneider Electric, Maruti Suzuki, Motherson, Zetwerk, OLA, Urban Company, and Valeo. Its technology supports high-demand sectors such as digital payments, power electronics, IT hardware, automotive, and consumer electronics.

Elecbits’ platform, XOR, offers instant pricing, intelligent component insights, transparent supply chains, and risk management tools. The company says these features help businesses move from prototype to mass production much faster.
Rawat, Co-Founder of Elecbits, said, “Building electronics has always been slow and complex. At Elecbits, we’re creating the operating system for the future of Indian hardware”.
Anand Datta, partner at Nexus Venture Partners, added that Elecbits is tackling a fundamental bottleneck in India’s electronics ecosystem with “speed, precision, and global ambition”.
