B2B fintech startup Mysa has raised $2.8 million in a seed funding round led by Blume Ventures. The Bengaluru-based company plans to use the funds to enhance its core platform, expand its team, and accelerate customer acquisition.

The funding round saw participation from Emphasis Ventures (EMVC), Antler, Neon Fund, and CIIIE, along with angel investors including Sriharsha Majety (Swiggy), Mohit Kumar (Ultrahuman), Naiyaa Saagi (MyGlamm), Nitin Gupta (Uni Cards), and Nishith Rastogi (Locus).

Founded by Arpita Kapoor and Mohit Rangaraju, Mysa provides a unified finance and banking platform designed for mid-sized businesses with annual revenues or expenditures between Rs. 10 crore and Rs. 300 crore. The platform integrates banking, finance operations, and accounting, streamlining financial workflows such as bill collection, tax compliance, payments, and ERP synchronization.

To enhance its banking features, Mysa has partnered with Yes Bank for integrated current account operations. The company has already onboarded businesses across various sectors, including DPDZero, Kouzina, Guru & Jana, Swish, and Rigi.

Mysa aims to solve challenges faced by mid-sized companies, which often rely on outdated banking and ERP systems that lack modern functionality. Growing compliance requirements and stricter financial controls from investors have increased the need for real-time financial accuracy, which Mysa seeks to address.

Co-founder Arpita Kapoor stated that Mysa aims to manage banking and financial operations for India’s leading mid-sized companies. As part of its growth strategy, the company has obtained a registered investment advisor (RIA) license from SEBI.

Additionally, Mysa has developed an AI-powered tool, Mysa Smart Scan, which generates contextual bill narratives, predicts due dates, and categorizes expenses, further improving financial efficiency for businesses.
