KNOT Raises $5 Million to Scale Its 60 Minute Fashion Delivery Network
- KNOT secures $5 Million to expand fast fashion delivery
- Plans to strengthen micro-warehousing and last-mile logistics
- Daily orders triple as platform adds major fashion brands
Mumbai-based quick fashion delivery startup KNOT has raised $5 million in a new funding round led by 12 Flags, with participation from existing investors Kae Capital and Boundless Ventures. The latest infusion comes just three months after the company closed its $3 million pre-Series A round in August.
Founded in 2025 by IIT Bombay alumni Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, KNOT offers 60-minute delivery, along with a Try & Buy experience aimed at Gen Z and millennial shoppers. Its model relies on hyperlocal distribution, creator-driven discovery, and at-home trials to deliver a more interactive shopping experience.
KNOT plans to use the new capital to expand its rapid-delivery network across Mumbai and additional cities. The company will also invest in micro-warehousing, routing optimization, and last-mile logistics to support rising order volumes. At the same time, it is strengthening its brand portfolio by onboarding leading fashion labels like Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, and Allen Solly.
According to the company, KNOT has crossed 350 daily orders, representing a 3X increase over the past three months. Its platform features AI-powered virtual try-ons, doorstep trials, and instant returns, helping customers reduce uncertainty around fit and style while shopping online.
