Logistics tech startup Stackbox has raised $4 million in a new funding round, with Enrission India Capital leading the investment. The company plans to use the capital to speed up product development, expand across Southeast Asia, and strengthen its position within India.

Founded by IIT alumni Sabyasachi, Shanmukha, Venktesh, and Nitin, the Mumbai-headquartered startup uses deep-tech tools like AI-powered Warehouse Management and Transportation Management Systems. These solutions help businesses optimize their supply chains, especially in sectors like FMCG, manufacturing, and e-commerce.

With a strong team experienced in supply chain management and enterprise tech, Stackbox has already won over several major FMCG and manufacturing clients. The founders say the new funding will help “build the digital backbone of tomorrow’s logistics”, enabling smarter, more efficient workflows from warehousing to last-mile delivery.

According to TheKredible, Stackbox previously raised $1.2 million in a seed round led by Ecosystem Ventures in August 2021, bringing its total funding to over $2 million before this round.

The company, now based in Bengaluru, reported a profit of Rs 6 crore in FY24 on revenue of Rs 25.7 crore. FY25 financials are yet to be announced.

With the global logistics landscape becoming increasingly complex, particularly due to e-commerce growth, Stackbox is positioning itself as a key tech enabler in the industry.
