MoEngage Raises $180 Million in Series F, $15 Million Employee Liquidity

Customer engagement platform MoEngage has raised an additional $180 million as part of its Series F round, taking the total capital raised in the round to $280 million. The company had earlier secured $100 million in November 2025.
The latest funding was led by new investors ChrysCapital and Dragon Funds, with participation from Schroders Capital. Existing backers TR Capital and B Capital also joined the round, signaling continued confidence in the company’s growth strategy and product roadmap.
MoEngage plans to use the fresh capital to speed up innovation across its Merlin AI suite, which helps brands personalize customer engagement at scale. The company will also strengthen its go-to-market teams in North America and EMEA, while exploring strategic acquisitions to expand its platform capabilities and global presence.
Alongside the funding, MoEngage completed its second employee liquidity event worth around $15 million. The tender offer provided liquidity to 259 current and former employees. The transaction also included limited secondary sales by early investors such as Eight Roads Ventures, Helion Venture Partners, Z47, and Ventureast.
While MoEngage did not disclose its valuation, market estimates place its post-money valuation between $850 million and $900 million.
