Sharks Anupam Mittal and Peyush Bansal have agreed to invest 90 lakh rupees for a 3% equity share in IIT-Madras firm Solinas, which just appeared on Shark Tank India Season 2.

In addition to Bhavesh Narayani, Moinak Banerjee, Linda Jasline, and IIT-M professors Krishnan Balasubramanian and Prabhu Rajagopal, Solinas was founded as Divanshu Kumar's senior-year project.

Endobot, a product from the firm, is a pipeline crawler robot that tracks pipeline conditions and spots flaws in real time. Endobot is connected with Swasth AI, a cloud-based dashboard that aids in internal condition evaluation and use artificial intelligence to find pipeline problems.

Their alternate remedy HomoSEP is a complete system that eliminates manual scavenging by automatically cleaning septic tanks. Within a day, Solinas had identified water leaks with the assistance of Trichy City Corporation. Additionally, it is attempting to expand its services to places like Chennai and Coimbatore.

In 2018, the Solinas Utility Management Business was established to transform the water and sanitation sector. By lowering wastewater by 20% in all of India's main cities over the course of the next ten years, Solinas Business hopes to end the practise of hand scavenging from septic tanks.
