Equipped with a manufacturing facility designed to meet world-class hygiene, safety, and quality standards, fitted with advanced machinery from Pavan (GEA), Italy, AJ’s Pasta ensures precision at every stage of production. Leveraging this advanced setup, the company produces 700 metric tonnes per month, effectively catering to domestic and global demands.

Pavan’s cutting-edge extrusion and drying capabilities enables the brand to manufacture perfectly textured pasta in the desired shape that stays for hours after boiling, without getting sticky, and preserves the natural goodness of pure semolina.
