If a student accidentally presses the Escape key, Alt+Tab, or encounters an issue that results in the test being auto submitted, the assessor has the ability to safely unlock the test and allow the student to resume from where they left off. Additionally, the platform provides options to restart the test with new questions, extend the test duration, or make other necessary adjustments based on the scenario.
