Men's Clothing Startup DaMENSCH nets $2.5 million in Series B

DaMENSCH, the premium D2C men’s lifestyle brand has gained Rs. 21.62 crore, nearly $2.5 million in extended Series B funding round from its current investors. After a huge span of two years gap, this fresh investment seems to be a bridge round for the company.

The funding round also saw participation from the existing financial backers of the company including Saama Capital, Matrix Partners, Whiteboard Capital & A91 Emerging Fund.

According to the company’s regulatory filings, DaMENSCH’s panel has delivered a special resolution to issue the 1,017 shares at an issue cost of Rs. 2, 12,515 each to lift Rs. 21.6 crore.

As per the estimation of TheKredible, the funding round has soared at a flat valuation & estimated at around $70-75 million approximately.

To date, DaMENSCH has lifted more than $25 million including its acquirement of $16.6 million in Series B Funding round directed by A91 Partners in the month of February 2022. As per the sources, the largest external stakeholders of the company are A91 Partners, Saama Capital & Matrix Partners.

Established in the year 2018 by Anurag Saboo & Gaurav Pushkar, the startup DaMENSCH provides an array of casual wear & inner wear. It harnesses its own website & digital platform & marketplaces for product distribution including Myntra, Flipkart & Amazon.
