In India, there are 88% of young workforce belonging to the age group of 19-26 are forecasting to switch the jobs in current & upcoming years. In spite of the decline in hiring levels, 78% of employees are witnessed with success in getting better roles with expected remuneration along with augmenting their skills and capacities to meet the current market conditions.

Day by day, the job market is getting tougher and tighter, but that is not stopping these young talents from quitting their struggle and disappointing roles, in order to sync and shine with better roles and best work culture. Notably, not only Gen Z’s are often switching roles, in fact 64% of people between the age group of 35-55 are also seeking to switch their jobs.

A collective points from diverse reports notes that 78% of working professionals expressed that they are prepared to leave their current job and accept the better offers to deal up their mental wellness in professional life and also level up their financial income.
